PRE-SALE TOUR MERCH POLICY
TOUR MERCH PRE-SALE & VENUE PICKUP POLICY
By placing a Tour Merch Pre-Sale order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
TICKET REQUIRED
Tour Merch Pre-Sale is exclusively available to customers attending the selected show. A valid ticket for the corresponding show/date may be required to pick up your order.
Purchasing merchandise does not include a concert ticket and does not grant or guarantee admission to the venue. Customers are responsible for having their own valid ticket and complying with all venue entry requirements.
VENUE PICKUP ONLY — NO SHIPPING
All Pre-Sale orders are pickup only at the show/location selected during checkout.
These orders will not be shipped before or after the event. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct show, city, and date when placing their order.
Orders cannot be transferred to another show, city, or date unless specifically approved by LVTIENDV.
ORDER VERIFICATION
All orders are subject to verification. At pickup, customers may be required to provide their order confirmation, valid photo ID, and/or proof of a valid ticket for the corresponding show.
LVTIENDV reserves the right to cancel or refuse fulfillment of orders that contain incorrect information, appear fraudulent, abuse the Pre-Sale system, or do not meet the requirements of the Tour Merch Pre-Sale.
PICKUP WINDOW
Orders must be collected at the designated Pre-Sale Pickup location during the pickup hours established for the selected show.
Pickup instructions and any additional information will be provided before or on the day of the event.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for collecting their order during the designated pickup window.
Orders that are not collected by the end of the applicable event will be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed orders are not guaranteed to be shipped, transferred to another show, held for future pickup, or refunded.
Any exception for an unclaimed order will be handled at the sole discretion of LVTIENDV.
FINAL SALE / SIZING
Due to the limited and event-specific nature of Tour Merch Pre-Sale inventory, all sales are final.
Size changes, exchanges, or product substitutions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Please verify your product, size, quantity, show, and pickup location before completing checkout.
If an incorrect or defective item is provided by us, please notify our team at pickup so the issue can be addressed when possible.
GIVEAWAYS, SIGNED MERCH & FAN EXPERIENCES
Eligible Pre-Sale orders may be included in promotional opportunities associated with the selected show, which may include signed merchandise, ticket upgrades, Meet & Greet opportunities, or other prizes/experiences.
Purchasing merchandise does not guarantee that you will receive signed merchandise, a ticket upgrade, Meet & Greet access, or any other prize.
Winners and/or selected orders will be determined separately for each applicable show/date. Selection is random among eligible orders, subject to the applicable promotion terms.
If selected for an experience or prize requiring additional instructions, the customer will be contacted using the contact information provided with the order.
Prizes and experiences are subject to availability, event schedules, venue requirements, artist availability, and any additional applicable restrictions.
EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If a show is postponed, relocated, or canceled, LVTIENDV reserves the right to modify the pickup procedure, pickup date, or available fulfillment options for affected Pre-Sale orders. Customers will be contacted with applicable instructions.
BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, you confirm that you have selected the correct show/date, understand that your order is for venue pickup only, have or will have valid admission to the corresponding event, and agree to this Tour Merch Pre-Sale & Venue Pickup Policy.
